For those with little to know experience in landscaping, but with a passion for the outdoors, creating beautiful spaces, and embracing a healthy lifestyle, we can think of no better career. Maintenance Technician 1
STARTING AT $23.50/HR
Level 2 Maintenance Technicians have demonstrated a consistent level of aptitude and experience, whether part of our team or elsewhere. This role is for future or current team members who are reliable, self-sufficient, and able to predictably perform the fundamental services we offer to a high standard. We will help you build on these skills to move you along the path to becoming a top performer in our team!
Maintenance Technician 2
STARTING AT $25/HR
The last stop before becoming a part of our Leadership Team, our Level 3 Maintenance Technicians are dedicated professionals, with a proven track record of skilled work, excellent customer service, and a propensity for mentoring less experienced team members. At this point, you will gain all of the leadership skills, customer service aptitude and training expertise to lead your own team!
Maintenance Technician 3
STARTING AT $27/HR
The Maintenance Site Supervisor role is for team members with a lot of experience and knowledge of property maintenance. Proper techniques for pruning, lawn maintenance, gardening and tool usage are critical. They are also expected to deal with client service issues, and manage a team of 2-4 Technicians. The Maintenance Site Supervisors are given an in-depth schedule for each site and are expected to execute it safely and efficiently.
Maintenance Supervisor
STARTING AT $22/HR
The construction technician role ranges from team members with little to no experience, all the way to those with decades in the industry. As you gain experience, you'll work on landscape installations in a wide range of residential and commercial spaces, with responsibilities for keeping projects under budget, training less experienced team members and operating larger equipment such as excavators and trucks with trailers. Construction Technician
STARTING AT $28/HR
Site Managers are the team members most responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish. The key skills needed are goal setting, time management, communication, ability to manage a team of Technicians. Reliability is a must for this role, as is a drive to push their team. They are expected to take a job plan and execute it as safely and efficiently as possible.
